Service 02 of 06
Cloud that is planned, not just moved.
Strategy, migration and day-to-day operation across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, with cost and security treated as design inputs rather than clean-up work.
Where cloud projects go wrong.
- The monthly bill keeps climbing and nobody can say why.
- The migration stalled after the first few workloads.
- It is unclear what you secure and what the provider secures.
From first assessment to steady operation.
Cloud strategy and roadmap
A business case, target architecture and sequenced plan, so each move has a reason and an owner.
Assessment and cost review
We inventory what you run, find waste and risk, and show what the same workloads should cost.
Migration
Rehost, replatform or refactor, chosen per workload, with rehearsed cutovers and a way back.
Cloud-native applications
Containers, serverless and APIs for the systems that gain from them, built with automated pipelines.
Managed cloud operations
Monitoring, patching, backup and recovery, and a team on the other end when something breaks.
Hybrid and edge
Connect on-premises systems and remote sites to the cloud without creating a second, unmanaged estate.
A path with a checkpoint at every stage.
Assess
Inventory workloads, dependencies, licensing and risk. Leave with facts, not assumptions.
Plan
Design the landing zone, security model and migration order. Agree costs before moving anything.
Migrate
Move in waves, test each one, and keep the previous environment until the new one has proven itself.
Operate and tune
Run it, watch spend, and review architecture as your needs change.
What you take away.
- A workload inventory and dependency map
- A target architecture and secured landing zone
- A migration plan with sequencing and rollback steps
- A cost model with tagging and budget alerts
- Backup and recovery that has been tested
- Runbooks and handover documentation

Questions people ask.
Should we rehost or refactor?
It depends on the workload. Stable systems often move as they are and get improved later. Systems that will keep changing usually repay refactoring. The assessment decides this app by app.
Can you lower our cloud bill?
In most estates there is waste in idle resources, oversized instances and unused storage. We measure first, then show the savings before changing anything.
Will we keep control of our environment?
Yes. Everything runs in your own cloud accounts, with admin access retained by you.
What about hardware we already own?
We plan the retirement or reuse of on-premises equipment as part of the roadmap, including what is worth keeping in a hybrid setup.
