Service 03 of 06

The infrastructure under everything, kept boring on purpose.

Servers, networks, storage and end-user devices, monitored and maintained as one estate, whether they live in your office, a data center or the cloud.

The usual suspects.

  • Hardware is aging and there is no refresh plan.
  • Users notice outages before IT does.
  • How things are wired lives in one person’s head.

The whole estate, under one team.

  • Data center and server management

Physical and virtual servers, hypervisors and operating systems, patched on a schedule and watched around the clock.

  • Network, Wi-Fi and firewalls

Designed, configured and documented, with monitoring that catches a failing link before users do.

  • Storage and backup

Capacity planning, automated backups, and restore tests that prove the copies are usable.

  • Digital workplace and service desk

Laptops, phones and accounts managed centrally, with a help desk your staff will actually use.

  • Messaging and collaboration

Microsoft 365 and similar platforms administered, secured and licensed without waste.

  • Monitoring and automation

One view of health across the estate, with routine fixes handled automatically and the rest escalated.

From unknown estate to calm one.

  1. Discover

Map every device, link and dependency. You get a living inventory, often for the first time.

  2. Stabilize

Close the urgent gaps: patches, failing hardware, missing backups, single points of failure.

  3. Standardize and automate

Common builds, scripted routine work, monitoring on everything that matters.

  4. Run and report

Day-to-day operation plus a regular review of incidents, capacity and refresh timing.

What you can rely on.

  • An asset and configuration inventory
  • Monitoring on every critical system
  • A patch and hardware-lifecycle calendar
  • Current network diagrams and documentation
  • Backups with scheduled restore tests
  • A quarterly review with a costed refresh plan

Questions people ask.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We start with a discovery period, collect credentials and documentation with your agreement, and cut over responsibilities in stages so nothing is dropped.

Do you manage hardware we already own?

Yes. We support what you have, and advise on replacement when the cost of keeping it exceeds the cost of renewing it.

How is automation used?

Routine work, such as patching, alert triage and common ticket fixes, is scripted. Engineers handle anything unusual and review what the automation does.

Is support remote or on-site?

Most work is remote. On-site visits can be arranged, starting with the New Jersey area.
